Do I need an appointment?
Not for self-service baths or nail trims. Walk in any time during business hours, no appointment needed. Full-service grooming and de-skunking treatments are by appointment, so give us a call at (734) 769-1492 to set a time.
What are your hours?
We are open Thursday through Monday: Thursday and Monday 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and Friday through Sunday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
How late can I start a self-service bath?
The last bath starts 30 minutes before closing, so plan to arrive with enough time to wash and dry your dog.
How do I request a call back?
Use the form on our contact page and we will call you back.
What's included in a self-service bath?
Waist-high bathtubs, shampoos and conditioners, two towels, one washcloth, a variety of brushes and combs, and aprons. A blow dryer is not included with the bath. Rent one for $5 per half hour, or rent a grooming table for $12 per half hour with a dryer included.
How much does self-service bathing cost?
Regular baths are $20 for dogs under 100 lbs and $22 for dogs over 100 lbs. Blow dryers are not included with the bath and rent for $5 per half hour. Grooming table rental is $12 per half hour with a blow dryer included, and de-skunking treatment starts at $15.
Can I get help grooming my own dog?
Yes. Grooming products are available, the rental grooming table comes with a blow dryer and all the equipment and tools you need to fully groom your dog, and staff are available to help with the equipment.

That is exactly what it is for. You handle your dog yourself the whole time in a calm, dog-friendly space, so dogs who dislike strangers stay comfortable.
