2. Services
Dog O Mat provides self-service dog wash stations, full-service grooming, nail trimming, de-skunking treatment, and retail dog food and supplies at 2740 Jackson Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. Self-service baths and nail trims are available on a walk-in basis during business hours; grooming and de-skunking are by appointment. The last bath starts 30 minutes before closing.
3. Your dog
You are responsible for your dog while using our self-service stations, including keeping your dog leashed or secured as directed. Please tell us about any health conditions, behavioral concerns, or bite history before a service. We welcome all breeds and sizes and use a patient, behavior-focused approach, but we may decline or stop a service if we believe it is unsafe for your dog or our people.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices for standard services are posted in the shop and on our pricing page. Full-service bath and grooming prices vary by breed, size, and coat condition; call for an estimate. Prices may change over time, and the posted in-shop price list controls if this website is ever out of date. Payment is due when the service is provided.
5. Appointments and cancellations
If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, please call (734) 769-1492 as early as you can so the time can go to another dog. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
6. Text messages
If you opt in to text messages through our contact form, the SMS terms described in our Privacy Policy apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
7. Website content
Content on this website, including photos and text, belongs to Dog O Mat or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Customer review excerpts are quoted from public Google reviews and belong to their authors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dog O Mat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Washtenaw County, Michigan.
